The Primary Election timeline for the election scheduled on May 25, 2009 are:
March 19: Last day for filing declarations of candidacy until 5:00 p.m.
April 12: Last day a candidate may withdraw before the primary
April 30: Last day for elector to pre-register for the Primary Election. Election day registration is also available.
May 1: Last day to submit initiative petition signatures to the County Clerk. This date is dependent upon when the 18-month circulation period started.
May 11: Last day declaration of intent to be filed by write-in candidates
May 19: Last day for application for mail-in absentee ballot to be received by the County Clerk not later than 5 p.m.
May 24: Last day for application for in-person absentee voting at the absent elector’s polling place until 5 p.m.
May 25: Last day for return of absentee ballots by 8 p.m.

Notice is hereby given, according to law, and the requisite action of the Board of Trustees of West Side School School District No. 202, Franklin County, State of Idaho, that a special supplemental levy election has been called, and will be held in West Side School District No. 202, Franklin County, State of Idaho, on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, between the hours of 12:00 and 8:00 p.m. of such day, at the various polling places hereinafter designated, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said District, for the vote and determination, the following question to wit:
Shall the Board of Trustees of West Side School District No 202, Franklin County, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental levy, as provided in Idaho Code 33-802(3) in the excess of the amount otherwise permitted by law, in the amount of $90,000.00, Ninety Thousand Dollars, for the purpose of paying all lawful expenses of maintaining and operating the school of the District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011?
