Notice Of Declaration of Candidacy Oneida County Library District May 2010
Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with Idaho Code, 34-1405, Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted for the position of Oneida County Library District Trustee on or before March 19, 2010. Petitions are available at the Library at 31 North 100 West, Malad, Idaho. Candidates for the position of trustee must be a qualified elector and a resident of the Oneida County Library District. One position is available for a five year term. The last date candidate petitions are accepted is March 19, 2010. An election will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
