Franklin County Fire District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That declarations of candidacy for the office of Commissioner of the Franklin County Fire District, District #3, must be filed with the district secretary/treasurer whose address is 55 West 1st South no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of September, 2008.
Such declarations are available at the Franklin County Fire Station #1, 55 West 1st South, or at the office of the Franklin County Clerk.
Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day prior to the election.
