NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the general election to be held in and for the City of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The election will be held to elect the following offices for the specified term: two council members for a term of four years. On Election Day, the polls will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following designated precinct polling places:
