<td>In 2007, Caribou County under the provisions of the amended Idaho Vector, Vermin and Mosquito Abatement Act of 2007 (Idaho Code, Title 39 Health and Safety Chapter 29) declared a Public Health Emergency (Section 39-2812, Idaho Code) and formed for the purpose of administration and abatement of declared pest an Interim Mosquito, Vermin and Vector Abatement District. Pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 39 Health and Safety, chapter 28 section 39-2812 paragraph 3, the transition of an interim district into a formally defined abatement district shall be brought to a vote of the electorate within (24) months of the declaration.</p>
<p>The Question: Shall the Emergency Interim Mosquito, Vermin and Vector Control District formed through the whole of Caribou County under the provisions of Idaho Code, Title 39, Health and Safety, chapter 28 section 39-2812 be a formal defined vermin, mosquito and vector control district with full duties and responsibilities of Idaho Code, Title 39, Health and Safety, Chapter 28?</td>
