City of McCammon Ordinance #449 FY2009 Expenditures

ORDINANCE NO. 449

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF McCAMMON CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2008, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $759,081.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCAMMON FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFiCIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF McCAMMON CITY, IDAHO, COUNTY OF BANNOCK.

Section 1: There is hereby established upon the taxable property within the corporate limits of McCammon City, Bannock County, Idaho aggregate advalorem taxes in the amount of $197,600.00.

Section 2: The City of McCammon hereby fixes the amount of anticipated revenue from all other sources at 8561,481.00.

Section 3: The object and purpose for which such appropriations are made and the amount appropriated for each object of purpose is as follows:

PROJECTED EXPENDITURES

Police Fund $ 34,000.00
Fire Department 18,480.00
General and Admin. 233,670.00
General Fund Total $ 286,160.00
Street Fund $ 97,931.00
Park Fund 22,500.00
Water, Sewer, Garbage Fund 353,500.00
Total $ 759,081.00
Total of Projected Expenditures $ 759,081.00

Section 4: That the City Clerk of said McCammon City. Idaho, is hereby directed immediately upon the passage and approval and publication of this Ordinance to file a copy thereof with the office of the Secretary of State as required by law.

Section 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and due publication in one issue of the Idaho State Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McCammon, and the official newspaper of said city.

Passed and approved this 13th day of August, 2008.
