NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Chubbuck City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., August 26th, 2008 at City of Chubbuck Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the following items:
- An application by the City of Chubbuck for a zoning change from Limited Residential (R-2) to General Commercial (C-2) on Highway Acres Subdivision, Lots 17, 18, and 19 which are city owned rental properties. The lots are more commonly know as 216, 234, and 242-248 Hiway Ave. Land Use & Development Commission recommended approval.
- Ordinance — A proposed amendment to the Major Home Occupation Ordinance that will allow a daycare provider operating as a home occupation to allow a temporary person on the premises. Land Use & Development Commission recommended the City Council approve the ordinance.
A COPY OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR ITEM #1 IS ON FILE AT THE CHUBBUCK CITY OFFICES FOR YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR with regard to the foregoing item and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposal.
